Graduate Student and Postdoctoral Fellow Travel Award Application 2026-2027

Thank you for applying for the UC Davis Comprehensive Cancer Center Travel Award to participate in a cancer-focused meeting. Complete this application prior to May 29th, 2026. A completed application must include:

A scientific abstract - one page maximum (It is strongly recommended that the abstract include details on how your research addresses priority areas for the Cancer Center including but not limited to: cancer health disparities; cancer etiology; biomedical technologies/ models/ methods; comparative oncology; personalized medicine strategies; and team science.)
A mentor letter of support
An NIH-style biosketch (It is strongly recommended that your personal statement describe your lived experiences and need/suitability for a travel award)
